一种存在于冬虫夏草菌丝中的抗菌物质

冬虫夏草是一种寄生在昆虫体内的菌类。其菌丝从蝙蝠蛾科的昆虫幼虫中发芽，蛹虫草寄生于鳞赤目幼虫中，可用于传统中药中。一种存在于冬虫夏草中的生物活性物质—Cordycepin(—cordycepin hydrate)(1)，化学结构与腺苷相似。由于对RNA聚腺苷的酸化反应等^3-6)具有抑制活性，因此1呈现出抗肿瘤功效。此外，也有报道称1具有杀虫⁷⁾和抗菌⁸⁾的功效。
