Antioxidant Carnosic Acid by Chemical Synthesis

A major antioxidant in rosemary, carnosic acid (1),¹⁾ has attracted much attention because of its many biological activities: i.e. neuron protective effects,^2a) inhibition of adipocyte differentiation,^2b) human 5-lipoxigenase^2c) and lipid absorption.^2d) We proudly provide carnosic acid via chemical synthesis for a reasonable price.³⁾
