Toepassing
DY131: An Estrogen-Related Receptors Agonist and a Hedgehog Pathway Antagonist
DY131 is a potent and selective agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRγ and ERRβ).1,2) ERRγ agonist, DY131, suppresses cancer growth and represses the expression of Wnt signaling genes.3) DY131 is also a small molecule inhibitor of Smoothened (Smo) with potential anticancer activity. Smo is a cell surface receptor that mediates sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling to regulate gene expression through the GLI transcription factors. DY131 inhibits the activity of the Shh pathway and prevents tumor growth.4) (The product is for research use only.)
