Application
This serum reacts with DTBTA-Eu3+ on ELISA (1:1000).
DTBTA-Eu3+ is used as a label after conversion of ATBTA-Eu3+ (Code No. A2083) to DTBTA-Eu3+ by reacting with Cyanuric Chloride (Code No. C0460).
Description
DTBTA-Eu3+ is a fluorescence lanthanide [europium(Ⅲ)] chelate label.
The excitation and emission maximum wavelengths of DTBTA-Eu3+ are 335 and 616 nm, respectively and the luminescence lifetime of DTBTA-Eu3+ is 1.02 ms.
Storage
Store at 4ºC for short term. Aliquot and store at -20ºC or -80ºC for long term. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Application
With the combination of the antiserum, DTBTA-Eu3+ is applicable as a tag molecule. DTBTA-EU3+ labeled molecules can be immunologically detected with ELISA and Western-blotting via the Tag.
