抗酸化作用を有する柑橘系フラバノン,ネオヘスペリジン
The citrus flavanones neohesperidin, hesperidin [H0049], hesperetin [H0721] and naringin [N0073] are known to exhibit antioxidant activities and could cross the blood-brain barrier, and they reportedly have neuroprotective effects against reactive oxygen species (ROS).1-4) In addition, neohesperidin is an important starting compound for the synthesis of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone [N0675] which is a non-nutritive sweetening agent.5) (The product is for research purpose only.)
