Application
KN-93: A Potent and Specific Inhibitor of Ca2+/Calmodulin-Dependent Protein Kinase II (CaMKII)
KN-93 is a potent and specific inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) which is a multifunctional serine/threonine kinase with numerous roles in human physiology. CaMKII mediates immediate effects due to phosphorylation of cellular proteins such as ion channels and calcium handling proteins.
