Carboxin is a systemic fungicide which is active against basidiomycete fungi, and is particularly effective in controlling smut diseases. It inhibits the oxidation of succinate by the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle enzyme, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH). (The product is for research purpose only.)
