Histone Demethylase KDM2/7 Selective Inhibitor
This reagent, developed by Suzuki et al., is a potent and selective inhibitor of α-ketoglutarate-dependent KDM2/7 histone demethylases. The inhibitor is a candidate for an anticancer agent as well as a tool for studying the biological roles of KDM2/7 subfamily in cells.
