Hole Transport Material to Enhance Power Conversion Efficiency of Perovskite Solar Cells
V886 has received much attention as a novel hole transport material (HTM) containing carbazole structures. Some advantages of V886 are the simple synthetic pathway at a low cost and higher glass transition temperature compared with those of spiro-OMeTAD. The power conversion efficiency of a perovskite solar cell using V886 was 16.91% as reported in 2015, which was comparable with that of a spiro-OMeTAD device (18.36%).
