Stevioside: An Abundant Component of Stevia rebaudiana Leaf
Stevioside is a natural sweetener produced in the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, and is used as a non-caloric sweetener.1,2) A hydrolysis product of stevioside is isosteviol [I1069] which has been reported to exhibits wide biological activities.3) (The product is for research purpose only.)
